RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our return policy allows a customer five (5) calendar days (from the date of delivery) to notify us of a return request. Item(s) must be returned in original condition.
Customers may use the Contact Us page on our website to initiate a return request. Your request should include your order number, the name of the item you need to return (if there are multiple items in the order), and the reason for your request.
We will then send you a return shipping label to print and place on the package for return. Please ensure you ship out your return within three (3) business days.
Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected and approved for refund. Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. Your bank/credit card company can take up to seven (7) days to fully refund your card.
We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages. We will always ship with tracking information and will follow the status of that tracking for package delivery confirmation.
