This is what I call healthy comfort food! Brown some ground turkey with taco seasoning, add black beans, corn, and your favorite salsa. Let it simmer while you prep your toppings – think shredded lettuce, cheese, diced avocado, and a squeeze of lime. Scoop it into tortillas or over rice, and dinner is served!

Ingredients
For the Skillet:
1 pound ground turkey
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can black beans, drained
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup salsa
½ cup water
Toppings:
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Shredded cheese
Diced avocado
Sour cream
Lime wedges
Tortillas or rice for serving

Instructions
Brown turkey in skillet over medium-high heat (5-7 minutes).
Add taco seasoning and water, stir well.
Add black beans, corn, and salsa.
Simmer 5-7 minutes until heated through.
Meanwhile, prepare all toppings.
Serve in bowls or with tortillas.
